  • Wine Pairing Suggestions

It makes a perfect match for braised beef in tomato sauce as the “MTN 1” bold flavor and spices pair perfectly with the slow-cooked beef in the rich tomato sauce. Stifado makes a great pair for this wine as the stew with onions and red wine enhance the wine’s complexity and spice characteristics. The wine also makes a great pair for braised lamb as the tender lamb brings out the wine’s rich body and black fruit notes. There are also vegan options that pair excellently with “MTN 1 ”. Truffle and mushroom risotto bring out the wine’s depth and oak notes. Roasted root vegetables with balsamic glaze is another great option that complements the wine’s fruit and spice elements.
