It makes a perfect match for duck breast with apricot sauce as Adoli Ghis White Wine melon and apricot flavors will harmonize well with the rich and savory duck breast and the sweet apricot sauce. Prosciutto and melon is a classic combination that will highlight the wine’s melon flavors and body. A grilled salmon filet with pear and sage will pair beautifully with the wine's fruity and citrus elements. There are also vegan options that pair excellently with Adoli Ghis White Wine. Roasted butternut squash with pear glaze will make a great pair as the acidity and the aromas of Adoli Ghis White Wine match the earthy and caramelized flavors of the roasted butternut squash and the sweetness of the pear glaze. A  pear and arugula salad with kiwi filet will complement the wine’s  pear and melon elements.
