    It makes a perfect match for grilled beef steak with chimichurri sauce as the Ek Dryos bold flavors and oak characteristics pair perfectly with the steak and the fresh sauce. Pasta Bolognese makes a great pair for this wine as the slow-cooked beef sauce with the tomato and the green bell peppers enhances the wine’s complexity and spice characteristics. There are also vegan options that pair excellently with Ek Dryos. Wild mushroom pasta brings out the wine’s depth and oak notes.
