  • Wine Pairing Suggestions

It makes a perfect match for duck confit with cherry sauce as the “MTS” depth and fruity profile will harmonize well with the savory duck and the sweet cherry sauce. Lobster risotto makes a great pair for this wine as it balances the wine’s complexity and creaminess. The wine also makes a great pair for stuffed quail with wild rice and cranberries as the tender quail and the wild rice bring out the wine’s complexity and fruity notes. There are also vegan options that pair excellently with “MTS”. Stuffed portobello mushrooms with cashew cream bring out the wine’s depth and creamy notes. Ratatouille is another option that complements the wine’s fresh and herbal notes.
