  • Nose: Aroma Characteristics from citrus fruit, stone fruit like peach and apricot to pear. 
  • Palate: It is a dry wine with refreshing acidity, rich body.

    It pairs perfectly with grilled fish like sea bass or snapper as Pavlos crisp acidity enhances the delicate flavors. Poultry based dishes like lemon herb chicken or roasted chicken with potatoes match greatly with the wine’s citrus notes. There are also vegan options that pair excellently with Pavlos. With a grilled vegetable platter the acidity and freshness of Pavlos will complement the charred flavors and natural sweetness of the grilled vegetables like zucchini, bell peppers and eggplants.
